The Coaching Journey
Step 0: Chemistry Call (30 minutes, free)
A relaxed, no-obligation conversation. You share your goals, I explain my approach. If it feels right, we move forward.
Step 1: Discovery & Goal Setting (90 minutes)
We map your priorities and define outcomes, success measures, and first steps. Where useful, we’ll include stakeholder inputs or light diagnostics.
Step 2: Coaching Sessions (60–90 minutes)
Bi-weekly or monthly, online or in person. Sessions combine strategic thinking, perspective shifts, and practical planning. Between sessions, you’ll test ideas and bring back learning.
Step 3: Between-Session Support
Light-touch accountability via email or voice notes. I’ll share tools, prompts, or frameworks when useful.
Step 4: Review & Close (60 minutes)
We assess progress, capture lessons, and build a forward plan. You leave with clarity, confidence, and sustainable practices.
Ways to Engage
Executive Coaching Retainer (3–6 months)
For senior leaders facing change or complexity. Includes 2 sessions per month plus ongoing support. Clear goals, regular check-ins, and defined results.
Sprint Coaching (6–8 weeks)
Short, focused help for specific goals—like board transitions, funding rounds, performance boosts, or key presentations. Weekly sessions with quick feedback.
Leadership Team Coaching
Programs to align team purpose, priorities, and working styles. Usually involves a team assessment, workshops, and follow-up coaching.
Focused Intensives (Half or Full Day)
In-depth work on critical issues such as strategy, decisions, roles, or culture. Best before important events.

How We Measure Progress
Co-created success metrics. We define what “good” looks like — behaviours, decisions, business outcomes.
Check-ins every 4–6 weeks. Quick pulse on what’s shifting, what’s stuck, and where to focus next.
Stakeholder feedback (optional). Light input from colleagues to track visible change.
End-of-engagement review. Evidence of progress, lessons learned, and sustainment plan.

Cadence — Most 1:1 engagements run 3–6 months. Sessions are 60–90 mins, bi-weekly or monthly.

Sponsoring Organisations — Goals and reporting agreed upfront. Confidentiality respected.
Cancellations — 24–48 hours’ notice requested.

How is coaching different from mentoring or therapy?
Mentoring shares advice; therapy addresses past trauma. Coaching is forward-focused — it improves your thinking, decisions, and leadership impact.
Do I need a clear goal to begin?
No. Many clients start with ambiguity. We’ll clarify direction quickly in Discovery and refine as we go.
What if we’re not a fit?
Fit matters. If it’s not right after the chemistry call or early sessions, we’ll close out cleanly and I’ll suggest alternatives.
Can my company sponsor the coaching?
Yes. I work with HR/People teams and sponsors. Objectives and updates are agreed upfront.
Do you work with teams?
Yes. Team engagements are tailored — from alignment sessions to full coaching programmes.
