Who I Am

I’m an executive coach, current CEO of Black Mountain Clothing Ltd, and former CEO of MPCT (Motivational Preparation College for Training). With over 35 years of leadership experience spanning the armed forces, business, education, and entrepreneurship, I specialise in working with senior leaders, founders, and high-performing professionals—particularly those navigating complexity, transition, or high-stakes environments.
